      Item isn't functioning properly, I requested a refund and this company rejected it, hiding behind a no return policy. im a Ebay seller an I also have no return policy but I do make exceptions for different circumstances to keep everyone happy. No way I would ignore or force a customer to keep an item if an item I shipped out wasn't working properly. I sent numerous messages to sjtech and no response, pretty much forcing me to keep this item that is not functioning properly. $300 down the drain.
