The tumbler was shipped inside of a padded envelope being shipped thru Amazon, however the tumbler was not wrapped or protected at all. Tumbler arrived with a tiny barely noticeable dent mark at the bottom corner. I put a silicone bumper/boot to hide it. Other than that the tumbler is as described. Using this as a work cup, so I'm not so picky about the dent. Just wish it would have been pkg a bit better (bubble wrap).
