        Track Hoe

        Following on to their twin arm working machine, Hasegawa has now released a regular track hoe version that is used mostly in underground pipeline construction and it includes a pusher blade. this is a good little kit that really does a good job of representing the real thing. I was concerned at first with the simplicity of the lower drive and track unit but when assembled, it does a good job of looking the part. Well detailed kit, fit is excellent. Lots of decals. The Hitachi is also sold in the US under the John Deere brand. Unfortunately, there are no decals for JD. If you like construction equipment, this is a great kit.

        Great kit

        This kit goes together well. No fit issues at all on mine.The two things I did not like were the tracks,they are vinyl and the detail is a little soft. Also I did not like the figure, but that is only my opinion,he is quite usable. Overall this is a great kit. Plus what more can you want, it's an excavator.

        It is a good model

        It is difficult to interpret the instructions but with patience a child can do it. There does not appear to be any information as to how to get the decals from the paper to the model. Otherwise so far it seems doable
