I asked specifically about its condition before bidding. He must have "forgotten" to mention it. When advised him of it, he didn't respond. Therefore I opened a return request. Instead of apologizing and trying to work things out, he offered a partial refund of $.01. So I opened a return case. The buyer bought items that were said to be not working. Not sure what else I can do but be up front on the items. After the return was finished it turns out the item was either damaged in transit or from over charging.
