      Great hunting binoculars

      Replaced my Zeiss 8 power I’ve used hunting for 20 years. Selected new Leica 10x42. Really like the clarity and extra magnification, and they gather light better late afternoon. I looked at more expensive binoculars, but what sold me on these was that when I throw them up they are on target, easier to use rapidly and slightly smaller compact size. I was expecting to also get the adventure strap as advertised, but the carry strap that came in box instead is good one.

      Excellent value in a wildlife binocular

      Received my pair of the Leica Trinovids.. Selected these over the Leica Ultravid due to the better close focus these have. The feel very solid and they are very bright. Hand fit is good for my medium hands. They have a very odd strap that also serves as a wraparound case. Although it feels good when around my neck I would have preferred it to come with a standard case/pouch. I've used a wide variety of binoculars both for work (I'm a field biologist) and for nature viewing much of it under adverse conditions both in cold and tropical climes. While these are not top of the line Swarovskis they are very good and about $2000.00 less. Initial indications are that they will serve me well hopefully for a number of years.

      pleased with it

      compact enough ( 10 x 42; roof prism) for archery and also for travelling. I suppose i can get used to the special case for travelling use.. mainly sight seeing and the regular strap for across shoulder for archery. The sharpness and clarity is quite amazing over my cheap monocular. buy a decent good one and be done! have fun

      Why pay double

      Best hunting binos I've used in 20 years. Super clear and bright. I've used Swarovski in the field and the are great but these are as well. You won't go wrong with these around your neck and up in the deer stand.

      Chest binos and tripod mount

      Really love these stepping up from a set of vortex diamond backs. You got to be cautious of scratches on the lenses as they aren’t dual coated. Buy with confidence
