    This will be a difficult feedback for me to write. I first saw this Ember Travel Mug listed on eBay at a reduced price and stating that it would be sold without a charging device. There was nothing stated about anything else missing. I negotiated a purchase price with the seller, and received the mug in its original packaging, sans charger AND travel lid. After much back and forth, the seller refunded a portion of the purchase, but now, I must buy a lid and charger, about another $45 spent.
