When asked why can't he use Media Mail for combined shipping, seller never gave the answer. I saved $9 with combined shipping cost via Priority Mail but I could save over $23 on shipping if seller would provide Media Mail combined invoice. Seller made me understand he saved me $9 but won't acknowledge $23 would be better
