But, electrically it worked fine. Since it also had VHF/UHF option, the value of my purchase was justified. To his credit, FedEx delivered it in two days, the fastest delivery I ever had from Japan. After a LOT of back and forth he shipped the radio gear, it got here in ONE DAY (from Japan!), perfect packing job and it all works as it should. If you are thinking about buying something from this seller, expect something similar. Why he does this, I have no idea. Proceed at your own risk. He did come through for me. YMMV.
