I let seller know about the broken ones and he gave a partial refund right away but it didn’t equal the subtotal of the two broken ones (eBay calculates the tax and shipping part on the subtotal amount seller enters). I did let seller know FedEx only works with the shipper; he suggested claim w/them. Rest great.
