Shipping was expensive and not what was listed, it was shipped via Pitney Bowes (USPS Ground) VS Fed Ex. The cost ($29) offset what I was saving by sending offer. It may seem misleading to another. It was sent in 2 bubble mailers (1 inside of another) which concerns me because it’s a sensitive electronic item. Should’ve been wrapped better. Overall it made it to me fine so I am satisfied.

      I like the laptop but babysitting the charging cycle is a huge deduction for me

      I like the overall design and function of the laptop, especially the ability to use it as a tablet. I hate that it doesn't change colors when charging (its "always" white) so you have no way of knowing when its fully charged without turning it on. It is very easy to kill the battery if they are not being properly cycled and it's very difficult to do when the computer does not give you a visual cue that it is fully charged. I suppose this feature is to insure continuous sales. I deducted 2 stars for this.

      What was expected and satisfied

      It is accurate to what was advertised and I have no real complaints. Unsure if it's a unique thing to this computer, but the NVIDIA driver does not show in Device Manager, leading to the inability to play certain games. Also, the battery has a mild tendency to run out soon.
