    Item just as described - prompt shipping (can't say much for the post office, but the seller was great!). It was well packed, which is good considering how many times it rumbled along in a mail truck. Seller even wrote on the tape which end to pull on to safely unpack it. I have purchased a lot of collectibles over the years and nobody has ever done that. Very thoughtful! Good communication throughout as well. Very positive experience (with the seller - not the post office LOL).

    Arrived well packed and as described. The seller did a good job communicating and shipped the package out promptly. It was a fairly heavy and awkwardly shaped item, but it was packed with cut foam and newspaper that kept it well supported and safe. I haven't used it heavily yet, but I did test out the nut cracker on a dozen or so black walnuts and I expect it to meet my needs.
