    The seller was VERY quick to process the order and ship my item, they were accurate in the description of the laptop and it arrived well packaged and safe. The value is say was pretty great and the 1 year warranty is a great peace of mind. The computer was in good condition though a dent near the webcam brought down the appearance. The biggest downside is it was filthy inside with a thick layer of dust covering the logic board and internal fans, leading me to question the refurbishment process.

    These were advertised as having the Core I9 Processor, The ones i received ( i purchased2 of them ) had the Core I7. Also the were damages, one of them had a pretty nice dent in the back side. I tried to reach out to the seller and they would not respond. I returned the items, and waited the 3 days for the seller to issue my refund. However they did not answer or refund me. I had to contact ebay to get the issue resolved. Overall bad experience with this seller.

    Good macbook pro despite the right speaker not working.

    Pros: It's an core i9 CPU with 8 cores & 5500M GPU w/1TB of SSD storage. Cons: It arrived with a malfunctioning right speaker that kept popping when any sound played. I had to go into audio midi settings.app and it off. The left speaker still works. Recommendation: If the laptop has any defects... no matter how small it might be please list it in the description so the customer has the correct exceptions of what will be received.
