    As described and packaging looked like it hadn't been opened. The candelabra was a bit tarnished, but that is to be expected with not new products. I polished it and it looks fine. Shipping took a little longer than expected, but the weather changes probably affected that. I shopped for this specific design to match another I already had. The pricing was fair and lower than some others. I was spoiled, however, because the first one I got at an estate sale was only $7!
