    Good but...

    The ear piece is very uncomfortable after a few hours and while the device works perfectly and is of excellent quality, it's not very comfortable. The design is unique to start with, which attracked me, but not to be worn all day at work. Improve the comfort leve and it'd be a 5 star. I'd buy it again and suggest it to friends, with a warning about the comfort level.

    Works great, poor design

    The headset functions really well with regard to the sound quality and the response from those I am talking too about the quality of the microphone. However, having been a cellphone headset wearer since the very early days of wired headsets and into today's bluetooth headsets, I find this one to be difficult to attach to my ear without a considerable amount of adjustments.

    Old School Earpiece

    These are very simple and extremely good sound quality. I’m not into the new wireless. Too much background noise on those, I’ve been using these earpieces for six years now, good stuff.

    Preferred over bluetooth

    I buy this product in batches of 3 or 4 so I have one whenever one breaks. I used to use bluetooth ear pieces and even just straight phone conversations but both ended up hurting my head so much that I had to find a wired earpiece that was better and worked well. This product is it. I end up leaving it in my ear for long periods of time and forget it's even there. I can listen through the phone (radio stations) while I work and can answer the phone when it rings. I really like this particular earpiece and hope they keep making them. Only problem is that the wire is quite thin so if I accidentally snag it on something, it's easy to break it. And I do break them usually in about 3 to 6 months.

    Comfortable and easy to use.

    I originally bought this item a few years ago and found I needed another one for convenience. I used the adapter with it for my old phone (2.5 mm pin) and the sound was very clear. I sought this out after trying a different one that would not stay in my ear! The extra hook works well to position the earpiece and is comfortable. The microphone transmits a very clear speech to the listener, but some have complained that it tends to pick up any background noise.
