The overall experience was one of quality, and I will most definitely be buying from this seller again.

I typically open all my figures, but I still appreciate the heads up. Now that the figure is here I don't even know what they were talking about, the box is more or less perfect. They have incredibly high standards for their box (and figure) integrity. Item shipped perfectly and quickly.
