    Anamoly solution

    For years the excellent GM 3800 V6 engine had a problem with the plastic bypass connectors that channels heated coolant to the heater via the fan belt idler base and two hoses. After a few years these plastic parts crack and leak coolant. Replacing them with these metal connectors will solve that problem permanently. A YouTube video shows you how to replace them easily. The 3800 engine was available in all large GM cars (except Cadillac) from the late '70's to '06-'10 brands.

    What should have came on the GM 3800 from the factory

    I used these on a 2000 Buick Lesabre with the 3800 series 2. I did buy ac delco o-rings for them. I read a review that said the ac delco o-rings were just a little bit bigger, and I didn't want to take a chance on leaks. I'm not saying that they would have it's just a lot of work to do the job. Quality part, perfect fit.

    It will last LONGER than the original ones, I BELIEVE !!!

    I was SOLD on The PRICE, The QUALITY of the product. I would definitely recommend using these too REPLACE the OLD broken PLASTIC ones !!!

    Better Elbows then OEM plastic ones

    Would have gave a 5 star except the elbow o-rings should have been thicker/fatter. The elbows dont feel tight in the engine. Not leaking as of now. Only been a few weeks. Would buy again
