Check YouTube for how you can fool your frig into thinking there is no filter in it, with the RFID chip from the shipping "plug," and then you can use these filters. The panel on the front will say it is not filtering, but in reality, it is filtering just fine. MUCH cheaper than the GE filters with the RFID chip.
