The Allen key that came with the screws is ok it is the screws. Seems like they were cut too big for the Allen key. Tried metric and standard keys nothing would work.

The back of the chairs are stright up and not comfortable at all. Way to tall, Iam 5*2 and couldn’t put a cushion on if I wanted to. Not sure what to do with them. I honestly could not recommend them and I read the reviews. This is a bad purchase for me. Please advise TY
