    Battery cons

    It was not easy to install. I had to get a battery place to do it for me. and it cost $40 it also does not seem to hold power for as long as the original one. The original i could use for several days without charging, this one only lasts one day.

    Don't bother.

    Battery scarcely better than the tired old original one it replaced. Considering replacing it is a total pain, how is that acceptable? A battery is basically just a piece of lithium, how hard can it be to make one as good as the OEM one? I'd gladly pay extra but no, you can't even get it. It's a waste of your money to buy this and more importantly a waste of your time. I ended up getting a new phone, the Nexus 5X is way too long in the tooth at this point anyway.

    Happy enough for the price.

    Doesn't last longer than the 5 year old battery I pulled out, but depletes at a much more constant rate, which is good. The tools are cheap quality as expected, but enlightenment to do a couple of changeover if you're careful.

    New battery did not fix my dead phone so problem was obviously something else.

    Battery itself probably quite good. Tool to open phone casing not sufficiently robust. Quite difficult to safely open phone casing to remove dead battery and install new battery. This is of course no fault of the new purchased battery. The battery itself is quite pliable as was the old one and that was a bit of a concern as one felt it very necessary to handle it with kid gloves so to speak.
