Makita drill (1500 rpm) and a bucket of water. Dipping before the grit got dry and rubbing the disc by hand, worrying disc may get plugged up but it never did. Finish came out better than the factory surface finish! I pulled the spindle out of an old dead angle grinder (10 min) knowing that the angle grinder is too fast to for grinding but it has the required 5/8"-11 threads.
