Seat fits in low clearance install applications where a wall or cabinet would interfere with most bidets. The soft close seats are a nice feature as well. Although the hardware is good quality; you are adding connections on the water supply side. It is smart to place a battery powered leak detector behind the toilet. These are cheap and can save you a bunch if there was a leak. Thanks again!
