Recv'd USPS notice w/ Seller's mangled standard letter envelope- no padding or bubble wrap. USPS says improper postage & shipping caused order to get jammed. Inside was plastic bag with remnants of turtle charms, some twisted, some legs broken off. I sent the Seller photos, requested refund & threw everything out. Seller then requested more pics of each charm. This is a $3.99 order.
