Packaging needs more thought: box literally enormous for the volume of content and no padding was used to restrict movement, so 13 boxes of filters were free to rattle around inside. Seems there are two sizes for NEFF ovens and I had ordered the wrong one so my mistake but the supplier/ advertiser maybe could have made the size more visible or even shown two ( or maybe more) sizes. As I’ve already sent the item back via e bay’s free postage and money back system, and expect to be credited with the cost then I don’t wish to leave a neutral or negative response

We were at home at the time but no-one rang our door bell nor at the address where the item was left. Our address was clearly displayed on the package so we eventually received it by the kind person who brought it to us.
