Excellent fit, feel and comfort.
This chair is extremely comfortable, much more than I expected. It is very good quality construction. The upholstery is a wonderful shade of grey, matches the picture as well as possible. This chair feels solid and was ridiculously easy to assemble. I was also impressed by the way it was packed for shipping. It's has simple controls, doesn't go as high as some other chairs but for me who is 6'1" it's a perfect fit. I highly recommend this chair for any bigger guy.This chair is extremely comfortable, much more than I expected. It is very good quality construction. Inaccurate Specifications
Very disappointed. I bought this chair specifically do the fact that the seat would adjust at the lowest height to 16.3 inches. Reality is.. more like 20". It can only be assembled one way so it wasn't assembled wrong but the SPECS are NOT accurate. I've ordered a new cylinder with less travel so thinking I was going to save from the recommended sale price of 239.99... looks like I'll end up paying the full price after all.Very disappointed. Beautiful chair, pros & cons
Beautiful chair, very nice fabric, well made, unique packaging (we even saved it for later use). There are hundreds of written reviews about this chair on another site that sells them. We found ebay to be the best deal. The main complaint is that the bottom of the chair seems to tilt forward which multiple people dislike. There are a couple of ways to solve this problem. I purchased 2 socket head cap screws 5/16 x 18 x 1 1/2" and used 16 5/16 flat washers (8 per side), loosen the rear screws that attach the base to the chair bottom, remove the 2 front screws and replace with the longer screws and washers. The washers go between the seat bottom and the base plate. Be advised that the new cap screws will require a larger allen wrench than the one supplied. This made the chair much ... Looking at the adjustment knob with chair laying on its back, twisting it clockwise increases the resistance while counterclockwise decreases the resistance. The adjusting lever moves vertically for height/depth and horizontally to lock/unlock. If the lever is locked then tilting is limited to about 10 degrees, when unlocked it tilts normally. The instructions consist of pictures, observe very carefully as the chair can be assembled incorrectly.

Excellent chair with one modification makes it perfect !!!
Excellent chair,very comfy with all the plushness as advertised.Much like another said ,I used longer bolts 1-3/4" and a 1" spacer for the front bolts. Now it's perfect !!! Just the right amount of lean.
