Buyer was arrogant in email and claimed multiple damaged cards in his email. Buyer bought 6 cards and upon return of the damages only 1 card had a bent corner. We don't know if this was actually a swap. I would have offered a complimentary replacement but buyer was too fast to want to return the 6 cards and distinctly indicated no more messaging in his response. Beware of working with this person.
