I was offered a replacement and it arrived fast, but in a different color. After testing it on a variety of items to seal, this is a great product and I would recommend it if a wireless sealer is what you re looking for. Thank you for the replacement and the great service.

The cartridges were not delivered in cardboard box, as pictured in the listing. Instead, the cartridges leaked black ink inside a soft pouch and all over my hand. I hope that when it's time to use these cartridges, that there will still be enough ink left to actually get some use from them.
