Read reviews on oemautoaudio and for a third of dealer price, got amp repaired, 1 yr warranty and info on possible root cause. Followed all their advice, with help of youtube videos on removing amp and center console.highly recommend this business.

They answered all my questions and also helped me diagnose the problem after I installed the repaired amplifier. Turns out my factory head unit is also defective. They offered to repair it also for a reasonable price but I opted to install aftermarket head unit . The shipping process was very quick . They did the repair the same day they received my amplifier and shipped it back to me the next day. The whole process was 9 days !
