    I’m not necessarily 100% sure the battery was genuine. The sticker did not match the part number in the listing and the part number on the sticker does not pull up a valid OEM battery. However having said that, the battery was detected just fine by the laptop and didn’t throw any errors like the 3rd party brand I tried before this battery. Overall for the price, don’t really care if it is OEM or not, as long as it works like it I am happy.
