    What a Great Transfer Bench with sliding seat and it swivels. Have had a regular bench for about 5 yrs. My wife has ALS, and this bench has made it a whole lot easier for me to give her a shower.     I haven't used it yet, but it was easy to assemble, arrived quickly, and isn't super heavy. Make sure the lower leg holes are aligned using the same set as there are 2 sets on each leg and you want it to balance.

The enclosed literature indicated extension pieces to lengthen the seat travel could be purchased; however, further research will have to be done to make the chair easier to use for my wife.

    just what in needed for my problems

    easy to set up ( would be nice to have instructions) works great, the swiveling of the seat makes getting in and out of the tub much more easy. the sliding of the seat puts you in the tub real fast. the padded seat is just what my bottom needed for longer periods of siting.

    This bench allows safer more comfortable bathing.

    I am a caregiver for a disabled young man with very limited mobility. Bath time was always a very stressful time for both of us due to the difficulty of getting him in and out of the shower chair that we were using in the tub. This transfer bench with rotating seat has made a world of difference for us. I no longer dread giving my client a bath. I am a very happy customer.

    Safe, quality for shower transitions

    This is EXACTLY what was needed for my disabled mother to have a safe transition into the shower. Very sturdy, well constructed and easy to put together. I have no experience with less expensive ones, but this one is worth every cent! Our occupational therapist and caregivers are thrilled with it!

    Awesome chair

    Works well for my dad who suffered a stroke and is 88% paralyzed on the left side.. The quality is really good. The padded chair is very nice .The legs seem to be very sturdy and its not slippery at all. There are 2 armrest, which is amazing so he can hang on while we transfer him in and out. Overall very pleased. One thing to keep in mind... i got this particular item and when i went to put it in the bathtub the legs were a little off balanced because my bathtub was 2 inches higher than the floor thus making a "see-saw" effect.. i had to extend the legs on only 2 sides to make the chair more balanced and easier to transfer him in and out of the tub.

    This works for small bathrooms

    I have a tiny bathroom. There is s a toilet and tub. That’s it. It’s still takes a bit of production to get to the tub, mostly because the small area, but once you get going this works well. I’ve wasted money on other devices. So far this has been the best. Good communication with the seller.
