It took a little while to organize the parts and I used the photos on eBay to figure out where most things went. It’s not on the truck yet but that’s due to it raining out. As far as the “new” designation…I honestly have my doubts about that. It appears by the scratches and wear marks that someone either had it together previously or they had attempted to and gave up and returned it. HEAVY DUTY !!
