    The artwork I purchased is pictured above. Seller is trdm_45. See photo below of what was shipped to me. The glass is shattered and taped together in a grid pattern. I’m a first time buyer with eBay. I chose to keep the damaged item because I wanted the print. However, I sought a partial refund to cover the cost of replacing the glass but learned eBay doesn’t give partial refunds. I am disappointed that the seller took advantage of me and is protected by eBay’s policy without accountability.

    Keeps phone out of the way but easy to get to,

    I like it. it protects the phone, Keeps it out of the way. It is easy to get to. Only caution is to be sure you car's seat belt is out of the way before you step out. Thats why I'm on my third OtterBox.. That seat belt designed to stop the weight of the human body will break the OtterBoxr if it's not clear of the seat belt when you get out.

    Lives up to it's name.

    I had the OtterBox Defender encased iPhone a short time when I dozed off in my parked car with the device on my chest. When I awoke, I exited the vehicle forgetting all about the iPhone until I heard it hit the concrete pavement. Practically no damage to the case, and none to the device!

    Defender for a reason

    The defender Otterbox case is a tough and durable product, it may not be stylish like other cases out there but it serves a purpose that I need. For my I phone Otterbox is the only case that I use.
