The bottle was banged-up on all corners, and the cap was dirty. I opened the container, and it seemed to be filled-up, and it does smell like the salon-purchased bottle I already have, but I can't be 100% certain that it's a legit, quality product, because of the way it arrived. I'm not dealing with the returns process, so I'll just deal wit it as a lesson learned. Pics attached for reference.
