    Switched from Moto G to the S5 and I am Very Happy

    Excellent phone with minimal bloatware, decent RAM memory, nice size, good for reading emails, I don't need to download apps to read attachments like I did with my old phone. No system freeze ups so far, controls are intuitive. I recommend it.

    Not new, not factory unlocked

    This was not factory unlocked! When the device starts up it clearly displays the T-Mobile logo on the screen. This phone was a gift for someone in Germany, so I was worried it wouldn't work over there because it wasn't factory unlocked. They initially had trouble with the SIM card being read by the phone, it would show No SIM error on the top of the screen. They took it to Vodafone to see what was wrong. The worker said the phone had apparent signs of water damage, but was able to get the phone to read the SIM card. So this phone was advertised as New and factory unlocked, but was actually refurbished and not factory unlocked. Had the samsung had anymore problems it would have been returned.

    Wonderful deal and Great phone.

    It is a great value. So far has good battery life. It has been updated a few software updates, and had no problems updating. It also has good sound quality. Fits good in my hand. I use the TalkBack feature because I'm blind So far it seems to be working well.A couple cons are that even it says that it is new, the battery was already installed. Also while using the TalkBack feature using the Samsung keyboard was a pain. It would not type the letter when I lifted my finger. I called Samsung, and they were really helpful. We could not resolve the problem. I downloaded the Google keyboard, and that seemed to fix the problem. Otherwise than that, it really seems to be a great phone with good battery life.GREAT deal.

    I like this phone but the ads are a little annoying because they pop up when you're in the middle of doing something. I don't know if I'm missing something in the settings, but my key pad is very slow and not sensitive. It takes 3 or 4 times to send, etc. The price was very good and so was the speed of sending the phone. It is an unlocked ATT phone so full of bloatware from them. I love that I could use a 128 gb sim card and expect to use this phone for some time to come. I'll get used to the complaints I have now.
