    This was one of only two eBay transactions which were so unsatisfactory that I felt compelled to leave negative feedback. The brooch is markedly darker than the (adjusted) listing photos, with lots of age related wear, even when when shot with the flash on. The seller then refused to provide a return shipping label as per eBay’s return policy, even after I explained that I was a full time caregiver for a home bound spouse, and it’s very inconvenient for me to run non essential errands. Terrible.

    This is an antique Brooch - Upon inspection I've not seen any unusual darkened metal or stones - Brushed gold leaves with furled tips of shiny gold reflect the brightness captured by the camera inside the light box - there was no " photo adjustment" - All the stones in the center of the brooch are of very dark shades - dark red - dark green- dark topaz -etc. The listing states the obvious missing prongs on two stones
