    He took the order and billed my credit card then almost immediately cancelled the order. I had to get eBay to leverage him to do the refund. The refund has not been recorded yet, but I had to endure some of his name calling. This is the second day after he "claims" to have agreed to the refund, but it is not here yet. His eBay add claims 100% satisfaction which cannot be true anymore AND he has nothing to sell on eBay. Furthermore, what he was selling is NOT authorized by the manufacturer!

    I issued a refund, said the listing was offered only in Michigan, guy goes and immediately buys it again and asks we send someone to Tennessee or wherever he is from, then gets upset that he'd have to pay expenses. Listing clearly says Michigan only and has the nerve to get upset because he doesn't want to read before spending $3,000 on something. The second refund did take longer because I honestly thought it was a glitch, didn't realize he would do exactly what he was told not to do so quickly
