      They do the job and seem very sturdy but the tower clamps fit as well as I would prefer and the rubberized grips WILL scratch painted roof rails.

      The tower mounts barely fit on my 2021 Gmc acadia and the rubberized clamps aren't soft enough and WILL scratch painted roof rails. I'd recommend covering the painted surface where the clamps mount with a clear removable vinyl or something of the sort to prevent scratching. I'd imagine those with bare aluminum rails wouldnt be a problem. Overall, they will work for these GMC Acadias but I'd prefer a better form fit at the rails and softer rubberized grips. I got these for the spacing adjustablity for different cargo carriers over the static bolt in factory GMC style cross bars.
