    No sugar crash

    Fantastic. I take 2 every day around 11AM and its a soft pick up mentally and physically. No jitters, no heart pounding, just a feeling you an keep going, you think more clearly, and then after about 7 hours you slowly become relaxed and more tired. If you want to take it earlier it will wear off earlier, later it will keep you up so consider your bedtime.

    I really was optimistic but I took 2 pills as instructed n had the getters terrible ,so I skipped 0ne day and took just one pill that day n same results . I've never-ever had the jitters previously in my lifetime ,so in essence it was a waste of $10.99 for me but maybe others have different results . Thanks for asking . Apologies I a horrible reaction ! Didn't look correct -SPL - jitters ! Sorry
