    No message or anywhere in listing indicated damage to the lip but I received her like that. Box was scuffed and had probably been sitting in storage. I was ok w/ removing the doll to fix her up anyways. Came w/ everything as listed in pretty good condition. For $17 I would’ve expected faster shipping.

    Sorry I didn't realize there was "damage" to the lip, this item has never been out of the box but it was sitting in storage. Glad you were able to fix her up. I included 9 pictures of packaging & doll. I didn't manufacturer it, so I apologize for the manufacturer's mistake. I sent this item PRIORITY MAIL the same day you purchased it. Once I drop off at my post office, I have no control over how long it takes the US Postal Service to deliver. PO said 2-4 days It took 5 which included a Sunday
