    Avoid this seller. Purchased dinnerware set that was poorly packaged and damaged during shipment. Had to contact eBay customer service to initiate a refund that still has not been received (after 30 days now). The seller did not take responsibility for making sure the item was delivered as advertised. The seller falsely claimed that I had to pursue an insurance claim with the shipper to get reimbursed. Horrible experience with this seller.
