When it was close to the arrival date we noticed it still hadn’t shipped, so I contacted the seller who never replied. Then the day of arrival I contacted the seller again to give them another chance, but they still haven’t responded. The item still hasn’t shipped. Now my daughter is disappointed and I had to order another one. Terrible seller.
