They did place it in the mail quickly but I would encourage them to be more upfront on products that require signatures or offer the ability to make changes.

I sent the chain back and when I got a refund the amount did not include the taxes I paid. I did send a note to that describing the oversight but did not receive a response or a refund on the tax.
