    The pillows I got were very nice, and they came in a timely fashion. But I do wonder why they do not have those funny tags on them which tell the content of the pillows. I think it is a law that says you must have tags on them. It looks like they really are "down" and they feel nice and smell nice, but there are NO TAGS. So, I am not sure why they do not have to have those tags...

    I received the pillows that are not goose down and not cotton, lumpy and hard to put a head on .. I try to return but seller was barging from 20% than 40% than full refund and keep the pillows to return the pillows. Dishonest and not trustworthy. For a second didn’t apologize for selling and advertising totally different items. Pillow is natural but most likely is just horrible quality but sold as soft goose down … buyer be ware … this isn’t good product and company is not honest .
