When I received, there was a weird sticky substance on the metal part that touches the skin, but it wasn’t hard to clean off. No scratches. Im still trying to figure out the battery life, especially for sleeping, lasts near a whole day for the most part. It’s pretty fun with answering texts on it, easier to do dictation when doing so though. Be aware that using texts/calls will add to your phone bill. Love the product!
