I did the wrong thing when these first came in. I had already taken my mushrooms earlier. When these came I took one and it gave me diarrhea so bad. Looking that up on line, it was way too much mushroom and thus, the side effects. I do not believe that will be the norm. I am hoping it will help with my memory and my sons adhd.
