So, I had to flip the plate where the handles face out to get 33" spacing. Also, the pins were 3/4" from the bucket plate. So the pins didn't stick into the holes very far until I moved pins closer by cutting out pin holders. The height was 15.5 vs 16. Good thing they refunded some.
