Sent the wrong oil, oil is not pure. I went into much detail to try to save the relationship, asking about methods, about other stock etc ... they barely gave the time of day. Oh well, I tried my best. They had no knowledge of their claim that it was pure or how it was extracted, yet their prices are as if they are the purest. 20 messages because they ignored or deflected all ... like I said I TRIED to establish a rich connection to continue larger purchases, they failed.
