In The Swim Pool Supplies sent it overnight and have been absolutely marvelous to deal with. They truly know what Customer Service means. As a supplier, I can highly recommend dealing with them. As for the DX3, it is in the pool and working well enough, it will need more use before I can offer an informative review. It does a good job overall, but I've had better, & cheaper, but not as robust. Our pool has a gunnite surface with rounded edges. The DX3 misses most of those edges, so a brushing of the rounded edges before deploying the cleaner is a must. It misses a lot of leaves or other larger debris and while sucking up particulate matter when going one direction, it elevates the same stuff when in reverse. that really is counter-intuitive. 3 out of 5 stars...
