The 1st time I walked on it I seemed to have injured it & have been in such pain just walking for wks! The pad arrived today. I used it on level 2 then tried it on 3 for 15 mins & it was strong enough. After 15 minutes I stood up & walked around. I had pain relief for the 1st time in wks! Getting another for hubby who has neuropathy! Great ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ seller! ☺️👍
