Assembly instructions were missing but I was able to roughly figure it out and when I called tech support they sent me instructions. I was afraid it would not fit my ATV, but the tool could be assembled various ways so it could fit any hitch height. I’ve now used it a couple of different ways successfully and am very happy with it.
