- c***h (372)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseKinda leery of his cartridge's diag results, every C64 I tested it with has a bad sid and two bad cia chips. It also reported the cassette, disk and user ports are bad even though all three seem to be working properly. I might believe this on a lone C64 but the same results on several working computers is kind of suspect. But when dealing with bad sid chips it's possible. Regardless it arrived fast and well packed.Reply from: verault- Feedback replied by seller verault.- Feedback replied by seller verault.The reason ALL of the different Diagnostics report failure on all the tests you have run is not because there is anything wrong with the diagnostics but you apparently dont own a test harness. The basic cartridge can test RAM, Video, and most of the important chips but to run ALL THE TESTS you require a test harness. This is pretty common knowledge in the Commodore and Vintage computing community.
